thanks for the good job done at this point, set it up there's half an hour on a 1.4.16 asterisk, everything seems good but :
- loosing some custom conf ( standard confs ) like default voice menus of the standard asterisk ( need to keep around the standard extensions.conf of asterisk why not ? playing numbers etc )
- a bug with allow / disallow
- number already on the db works great but the new created could make call but are unreachable, got that configuring realtime before ( extensions.conf is mapped to each table ? if not why didn't you do that ? )
a messaage in the cli :
[Dec 20 02:03:16] WARNING[28693]: res_config_mysql.c:108 realtime_mysql: MySQL RealTime: Realtime retrieval requires at least 1 parameter and 1 value to search on.

I installed astbill a week ago and I'm looking for callshop funcionality. Is there a chance to integrate this function in the near future? It would be nearly a standalone solution because there are no other solutions in the "asterisk open source billing world". Until now I only know *starshop (http://www.starshop-online.com/) as a callshop solution based on asterisk but this is scalable and the last version is from 2005.....

Following Skippy's comments on submitting addon's and fixes, here's my extension to Mohamed's DDI code (I hope you don't mind), no alterations to the database necessary. the code will automatically account for IAX2 or SIP

To use enter the code below, modified for your system, (it has been adapted for DIDX).

Operating is simple, use the DID module to add incoming numbers, next visit the incoming friend module and asign the DID to an account. Once done the users can change the routing themselves, also for ease of use all of the didx.org numbers have the same IAX routing (except for the line number)e.g. didx-org2:password@iPaddress/DIDnumber

Now, we want to prevent bots from registering for accounts on our server. How this could be done?
We plan to use CAPTCHA from Carnegie Mellon University for human authentication. Other suggestion?

Is it possible to setup the billing to support multiple SIP/IAX users all taking from a single credit account?

e.g. A call shop with multiple lines pays the supplier a lump sum of credit. However he has multiple SIP accounts. Can they all take out of the same credit?

Hi all,

In current astbill system, no cost is generated for calls between VoIP numbers. Local trunk is used for VoIP calling. But there is a requirement of adding little cost for VoIP calls also in my astbill system. Is it possible? I really want to know what changes should be done to generate a cost for VoIP calls also.
Please help me.
