Creation of New VoIP Accounts by AstBill User (Tenant/Resller)

Hello all:

I'll like to add this to the Tenant/Reseller discussion.

Unlike AstarTelecom setup, most Tenants/Resellers wouldn't want to give the abilty to create UNLIMITED VoIP accounts to its customers (end users). This could overload the Asterisk server with non-paying customers with extension-to-extension calling and voicemail.

Whether the customer (the end user) is one or two levels below the Tenant/Reseller, the Tenant/Reseller, IMHO, should at least have the choice to TURN-OFF the ability for the ULTIMATE customers (end users) to create new VoIP Accounts. Furthermore, IMHO, three levels of hierarchy should suffice from AstBill perspective and than map those to Drupal:

Admin - Enterprise admin or the owner of VoIPTelco (as Skippy put it)

Tenant/Resller - Enterprise department head or the middleman selling VoIPTelco services

End user/Customer - Enterprise employee user or the paying customer

My two cents...
