Callshop module for customer environement

Could someone help in implement a Callshop feature module which could be add to a customer' environement and be used by customer to authorize calls (and bill them) between the last authorization and its end. Such a customer could then act as callshop owner and use this feature for billing his accounts directly from the Astbill server.

This could look out like this: the costumer goes to his account list. Each account having a timer which he could click on to unblock the account, allowing calls. Once the calls are terminated, the customer then stop the timer and click on PRINT (the second feature in front of each account in such a callshop environement) to view all calls made since the authorization (including durations and costs) and the total cost.
