Callshop feature

Could it be possible to implement a Callshop feature for reseller account. This could be used to authorize calls and bill them between the last authorization and its end. This feature could be an option of the awaited reseller option. Mening that a reseller could be a callshop owner and use this feature for billing his customers directly from the Asrbill server. Is this possible?
