Astbill Admin Taking Long to list Accounts

Hi,

I have just move to astbill .22 on a new server which has 2xquadcore xeon 2.0ghz with 4GB memory and database on a differnet server with a similar spec.

When I click on Astbill Admin to list the accounts it is taking almost 5 mins to load the account list and I have also noticed that call connection time is now aroind 18 secs. My astcdr has 1.4million records

Can somebody point me in a right direction as to what I am doing wrong or have I missed something whcih is causing this issue.

Astbill .22 Release

Hi,

Since I have installed the .22 relaese on the server I am having lots of problems it is taking almost 5minutes to open Astbill Admin page and sometime front page doesn't open and when you list process in mysql it is locking queries and then my customer are unable to mnake calls and also it is taking very long time to connect after dialing the number. As I said in my previous posting that I have about 1.4million records in my astcdr now.

Please let me know if somebody has experience a same problem as this is causing a huge problem with our customers who are unable to get a proper telephone service.

Database Slow Query

Hi,

I have just checked the mysql process list and found that when I was using the astbill website and trying to list accounts under astbill admin option or price list it was locking process and not releasing them for very longtime. I am using mysql 5.0.81 i dont know whether this is causing an issue.

Any ideas will be helpful to resolve the issue.
