good day,

i have installed astbill, created a trunk and a user with a sip connection. when i place calls out the cdr indicate no billing time no matter how long of a call it is. the user it self shows no dial plan in the settings when logged in as that user. i have attached routes to the trunk, but can not figure out where to go from here. below is cdr record.
